MJP Upchuck DEBUT!

And, in we go, Mikejoproductions.

So, director Michael Castellanos invited me to this blog, and I feel most honored. To say the least, I had to spend some time thinking about what to write and when to write before actually embarking on this digital journey. Well, for all of you that don't know of Mikejoproductions, it is merely a three to four man group on a mission to produce the most innovative short films ever thought of. We all are in college, bread spread, and even gulagism. But that is the least of anyone's worries. We stop at nothing to make time to make our name known, and to get our films spread like a pestilence. To make our special fx seem sacred. To make our time worthwhile in this very much unworthwhile world. To set up shop in this very much cyber world.

As art goes, I personally will stop at nothing to persevere in the battle of avant garde, and the battle of noir, and the battle of the noisiest, the battle of the craziest. Times these days have gotten to a point where art can be overdone and unnatural. I shall sit and pray for the inspiration for natural art. For the art by nature, and nature by art.

As long as I live, I will express my turbulence, my glee, my salvation, my damnation, my rejoice, my stupidity, my insanity, and most importantly, my love for film.

I will have many of my shorts and features on this blog. Hopefully. So for everyone that eat water and drink food, stay tuned! Or be detuned.
